Celebrity ChefD is a well-known guest on television and radio. ChefD is going into his seventh season of his popular cooking show, ‘At Home with ChefD’ on Rogers TV. He is the author of two cook bookettes, Maple Madness, and Garlic Madness. Not only is he the corporate chef to Nutrafarms Inc., Piller’s Fine Food and Gay Lea Foods, he has prepared meals for Blue Rodeo, Michael Bublé, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Diana Krall, Melissa Etheridge, not to mention the late BB King and Stuart McLean as well as many others. Conestoga College - School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts
Overseeing Conestoga College’s Baking and Pastry Arts program, Heinrich-Kumar has taught at both Centennial College and George Brown College in their respective Culinary programs. Born in Germany, Heinrich-Kumar did her formal training in Germany and Switzerland. She has vast industry experience from around the world, and has worked in Zurich, Vienna, London and Dubai. She has worked alongside chefs such as Pierre Gagnaire and Gary Rhodes. At the college, Heinrich-Kumar focuses on teaching the foundations of short and yeast doughs, fermented doughs, cakes and quick breads, masking and piping, among other techniques.

In the role of Executive Chef at Conestoga College's Bloom restaurant at the Waterloo Campus, Brad Lomanto adds education to a long cooking resume. His prior eight years, before Conestoga College, were spent as Executive Chef at the Cambridge Mill. For Lomanto, the College restaurant position is a logical step that blends cooking in a professional kitchen and culinary education. Education has always been part of his career – he graduated from the Niagara College Culinary program – and Lomanto considers that you are both always instructing and always learning.

Founder of Meals Without Madness
Chef Nicole owns and operates Meals Without Madness, a Personal Chef business located in the KW region. For the past 7 years, she has been specializing in creating meals that meet the dietary needs of her clients. Chef Nicole can also be found at the front of the classroom at Liaison College of Culinary Arts in Kitchener teaching the Personal Chef Course to budding chef students. Most recently she has also made herself a home away from home at the Kitchener Market sharing her passion for food with the adults enrolled in the cooking classes and the children and youth registered in the Market camps.
